NOTICE OF VACANCY

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of the Salt Lake County Service Area #3 that there is a midterm vacancy on the Board, effective March 17^th, 2026. The Board will appoint a replacement to serve out the unexpired term, through December 31, 2027, on April 28^{th at} 4 pm in its regularly scheduled Board meeting.

People interested in being appointed to fill the vacancy may submit their names for consideration by submitting a resume with a cover letter, declaring adherence to the qualifications listed below, on or before April 13^th, 2026, to:

Applicants will be notified if they are requested to attend an interview with the board, which will be done in an open meeting in accordance with Utah Law.

Board Member Qualifications are:

1. Be a U.S. Citizen at the time of filing
2. Be a registered voter
3. Being a resident within the boundaries of Salt Lake County Service Area #3
