PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, annual meeting schedule of the Board of Trustees of Salt Lake County Service Area No. 3 -Snowbird, Salt Lake County, Utah is as follows:
REGULAR MEETINGS shall be held once per month on the Third Tuesday of each month apart from the December meetings and shall commence at the hour of 4:00 P.M. in the Service Area Shop/Administration Building, which is located at 9567 E. By-Pass Rd, Snowbird, UT. 84092 Snowbird Resort, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Salt Lake County, Utah.
Electronic meeting invites will be on all meeting agendas.

Tuesday, March 17, 4:00 P.M.
Tuesday, April 28, 4:00 P.M.

Notice is further given that all meetings of the Board of Trustees of said Service Area No. 3 are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-4 and 52-4-5, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended.
A written agenda of each open meeting of the Board will be posted not less than 24 hours before each meeting on the bulletin board in the Service Area Office, other locations within the Service Area boundaries and on the Utah Public Notices Website.
When emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may require it, the Board of Trustees may hold additional meetings from those regularly scheduled. In such cases, the best practicable notice will be given of the date, time and place of such meetings.
